We provide detailed itineraries and itemised quotations to enable clients to select specific services.
We assist in selecting the perfect destination and venues for your group.
Each group is allocated a dedicated project manager and co-ordinators who will oversee the entire project and can travel with the group if required, ensuring the smooth operation of the programme.
We assist in arranging teasers to promote the trip, send out invitations from the destination and co-ordinate the replies.
We contract the industry’s best guides, English or foreign speaking, to accompany the groups on all their tours and excursions. We can also organise specialist guides depending on the groups requirements (for example: medical guides for pharmaceutical groups).
