* All transportation as stated in the programme

* Lugage handling

The price excludes:
* Flights (and airport-taxes) to/from tour start/finish point
* Visas
* Other accommodation than stated
* Extra meals
* Additional transport, not mentined in the itinerary
* Any additional services not specified
* Personal expenses
* Gratuities for drivers and guides, rangers |

Name lists:
Preliminary list or number of participants: 60 days before arrival.
Final name list: 30 days before arrival.
Payments:
Deposit payment of 25%: 60 days before arrival
Final payment: 35 days before arrival.
Bookings received from 34 days prior immediate payment due.
Cancellation:
More than 60 days before arrival: no fee
60-30 days before arrival: 25%
29-15 days before arrival: 50%
14-0 days before arrival: 100% (no refund)
